Lose the big way - I am not obese but I have a friend who had a major obesety problem. Inspired by the show The Biggest Loser he plans to lose 100 pounds. He started it last March and is only a little less than 20 pounds away from his goal. In addition to relegiously following the Biggest Loser he also closely follows the advice on adopting healthy lifestyle, resulting in permanent weight loss, that he found in another book titled Can we live 150 years, by m. tombak. It is not only dieting book but a total lifestyle change guide aiming at your best health and longevity. So, inspired by the show, and following these two books he indeed got great results. I call him a loser and he likes it...:-)
